•To develop contacts with foreign economic and trade circles, organizations, chamber of commerce and relative international organizations over the world; To invite and host visiting delegations and groups;
•To organize and send Chinese delegations and groups abroad for visits, investigations, negotiations and participation of international conferences;
•To apply, supervise and administrate permanent representative offices of overseas organizations in Henan province;
•To assign, coordinate, approve, report and administrate staging exhibitions abroad or participating in international fairs and holding foreign economic, trade and technical exhibitions in Henan province
•To sponsor specialized or comprehensive international exhibitions and trade fairs;
•To undertake legal consultancy or act as legal advisor in economic and trade activities;
•To accept conciliation, arbitration or lawsuit as agent in commercial disputes;
•To act as agent for patent application and trade mark registration;
•To offer credit information service;
•To issue the Certificate of Origin, Certificate of Processing and Certificate of Re-export for Chinese exports;
•To do legalization by embassy or consulate for company;
•To certify foreign trade papers and documents;
•To carry out internal and foreign economic investigation and collect, compile, transfer and issue information on economy, technology and trade;
•To provide domestic and foreign enterprises and organizations with information, consultancy and e-business in terms of economy, technology and trade;
•To organize and hold economic, technical and commercial exchanges and training between China and other countries
•To introduce foreign investments and advanced techniques;
•To carry out academic exchanges in economy and trade and personnel exchange;
•To provide consultancy services in labor export;
•To guide and coordinate the work of local and industrial branches in the whole province;
•To develop and serve memberships of enterprises, organizations and individual persons of Henan CCOIC
