郑州市贸促会是郑州市人民政府领导的从事对外贸易、投资促进工作的社会团体，郑州国际商会与市贸促会合署办公。
近年来市贸促会按照郑州市人民政府，国家、河南省贸促会的要求，围绕河南省的中心工作，加大工作力度，以促进郑州市对外开放工作为指导，先后组织郑州的一些出口企业参加“中国广州出口商品交易会”、“中国厦门经济贸易洽谈会”、“中国深圳高新技术交易会”、北京科技周等国内对外经贸活动，还参加了越南、南非、欧洲、韩国、日本等国的商品交易会，结识了朋友、推销了商品、建立了联系、洽谈了合作、推动了郑州市外向型经济的发展。
郑州市贸促会同日本昆仑会、德国职业青年协会、法国永嘉商会等国外商会、贸易投资促进机构建立了友好合作关系，积极吸引他们组织本会企业到郑州考察投资、寻找技术合作，同时组织我市企业到非洲、东欧、独联体等国考察投资、开办企业。推动与我市技术、贸易、投资、文化交流和友好往来。

Directly led by the Zhengzhou municipal government, Zhengzhou Trade promotion council (ZZTPC) is dedicated to facilitating foreign trading and investment activities. ZZTPC cooperates closely with Zhengzhou international chamber of Commerce.
In recent years, to well implement the state and municipal government's open-door policy,Zhengzhou Trabe promotion council has centered around development plan of Henan province and organized the export-oriented companies of Zhengzhou to attend a variety of commerce and trade events including the Chinese export commodities fair in Guangzhou,Xiamen Commercial Goods Exchange, shenzhen
Hi-tech Business Exchange, Beijing Technologies Week, as well as oversea commercial goods exchange held in Vietnam, South Africa, Europe, Korea and Japan, etc. Through these opportunities,Zhengzhou Trade promotion council managed to perform successfully in efforts of making friends, selling goods, building up contacts and cooperative relationships, and promoting out-bound economies of Zhengzhou.
Zhengzhou Trabe promotion council set up cooperative friendship with Japanese Kunlun association, Germany youth career association, Association ot commerce chinois resident in France, and other foreign commerce committee and trading
organizations. ZZTPC is actively involved in undertakings of inviting these collaborating counterparts to visit and invest in Zhengzhou, and at the same time organizing Zhengzhou enterprises to explore investment oppertunites in some countries of Africa, East Europe, and former Soviet Union. These bilateral trading and commerce activities promote the technologies, businesses, investments, and culture exchanges between Zhengzhou and foreign countries.
